WebDISC is a support service for the Carers and former Carers of people living with Dementia. We will support you from the journey to diagnosis until the end of your caring role. Information For Carers who cannot or would prefer not to attend a support group, we can offer information, support and signposting over the phone, post or through email. WebOur Coordinators work in a task centred way, primarily with older people who are at risk of hospitalisation or becoming dependent on statutory and/or institutional care.
