There are a few more bolts holding the metal bumper piece to the plastic. remove them and separate. Change hooks and reinstall. I still have to cut mine later. All in all it took about 15 minutes a side. Not hard. Also, I still need to trim the rear bumper plastic where the screw tab is (the overlap).
