I turned off each plan separately and found out one of the plans does not work. I believe the iPhone 13 has an eSIM. WebOct 9, 2024 · There was seemingly nothing I could do to get it to connect. Finally I just took my physical SIM card out of my iPhone 12 Pro Max and put it in my new iPhone 13 Pro Max. This caused it to list two cellular connections, with the physical SIM being secondary. I deleted the eSIM profile out of the iPhone and now everything seems to be working.
